Practice Chains

Practice Chains are short review sequences that revisit key passages from previously learned pieces. Rooted in Dr. Shinichi Suzuki’s teaching philosophy, they emphasize regular repetition to refine technique, memory, and musical understanding.

By playing selected openings or core elements of repertoire in quick succession, students strengthen confidence, consolidate skills, and reveal how securely pieces have been mastered. Practice Chains are effective in both individual and group lessons and promote multiple learning processes in a short amount of time.

This category includes over 60 Practice Chains covering Volumes 1–5, designed to support efficient review and sustainable progress.
